Prior to Paul Davis Ownership Berken worked for Regency Homes from 1992 to 1995 where he built over 2,000 luxury homes throughout South Florida. Areas included Weston, Parkland, Coral Springs, etc..
Berken spent ten years as an executive with Transeastern Homes from 1995 to 2005. Working out of Transeastern's headquarters in Coral Springs, Florida, he was instrumental in the building of over 20 master planned communities. This included over 10,000 homes, condos, and townhomes throughout the state of Florida.

Berken says Paul Davis Restoration has served customers in Broward County since 1985. “We are very proud of our location in Pompano Beach ,” said Berken. “Our business sets the standard in restoration and remodeling work throughout this area of South Florida. We enjoy being a member of the local business community,” he said. “Our office features a one-stop shop for emergency services and mitigation, as well as restoration and remodeling,” he said.
Berken and his staff are certified from the Institute of Inspection , Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water, fire, smoke and mold damage restoration. Berken has more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and the remodeling field.
Berken specializes in home, office, kitchen and bath design and remodeling, as well as mold, fire and water restoration, reconstruction and remodeling. He also specializes in home and office remodeling for seniors, the handicapped, and for individuals who are aging in place.
He has been resident of south Florida since 1970.Berken’s office enjoys customer service rankings in the top 5% of the industry. No wonder, Berken has built more than 10,000 homes throughout the state of Florida, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) since 1992. He was awarded the “Life Spike” award by the NAHB. Berken is a former member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. His pedigree as a seasoned home builder is impressive.

When you call our office, nine out ten times Jessica will answer the telephone. Jessica oversees all accounting and office administration . Having a background in the construction industry and estimating, she understands the importance of great customer service. Making sure your claim or remodeling project will be administered with the utmost care, and ensuring clients a smooth process is her top priority.

This is essentially the lead Construction Manager over construction operations valued at approximately $125M per year. Ed has been in the restoration business for 10 years. He hold IICRC certifications in Mold, Water, Fire, and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
Ed's knowledge and professionalism comes from his years of experience, drive, and leadership. He is the type of person you want at your side in times of need.
Courtney Cardozo
(Corporate Remodeling / Property Management Div.)
Like several of our staff, Courtney is also a seasoned home builder. He has worked for Lennar, Centerline, and Traseastern.
Courtney has built thousands of Homes throughout South Florida. He now works with Paul Davis to fulfill the needs of our commercial clients for remodeling projects. Typical projects include apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, and hotel renovations.
Robert Ortega

Robert has been a wonderful addition to our team. He is always willing to help and he is one of our best assistants. His number one priority with us is to give exceptional customer service and make sure that the customer is always happy with the work we do for them.
