Gordon is anaccomplished home builder with over 10,000 homes built in Florida, and is a"Life Spike" with the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). This construction foundation makes him extremely knowledgeable inall phases of the restoration process.  He is a restoration and mitigationexpert with a team of highly credentialed staff members. Gordon's credentialsinclude a Business Degree from the University of Florida, and a Masters inConstruction Science from Florida International University.  He holds thefollowing restoration and mitigation certifications; Subrogation, and IICRCCertifications in (WTR, ASD, and FRST).  He is a Broward native and hisfavorite saying is, "do the right thing". 

Bob Grantham hasbeen an insurance restoration contractor for over 20 years.  Most of hiscareer was spent in Michigan.  He is a repeated recipient of multiplenational awards for expertise, professionalism and customer satisfaction in afield of over 1,000 restoration associates.  This is quite anaccomplishment!  He holds the following credentials; Licensed Michigan Builder, IICRC Certified inWater Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied MicrobialRemediation, Applied Structural Drying & Commercial Drying Specialist. ALicensed Florida Mold Remediator.

Ed began hisrestoration career in Arizona about 10 years ago.  He has been themitigation manager at Paul Davis since 2007.  Ed is considered by manyinsurance companies and adjusters to be one of the foremost experts in SouthFlorida.  He is often utilized in a consultant capacity for a variety ofmitigation related matters.  It's no surprise when considering hisaccomplishments and the following long list of credentials: IICRC Certified in( Water Damage, Microbial Remediation Specialist, Applied Structural Drying,Odor Control, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire and SmokeRestorer, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning), PMII(Professional Mold Inspection Instutute) a) Certified in Mold RemediationProtocols, b) Mold Remediation, and c) Mold Inspection, Florida Mold Remediatorlicense, Florida Mold Assesor licence, EPA Lead Certified, Crime-Trauma Deconcertified, OSHA 10 safety certified, and Level II Insurance Subrogationcertified.  Ed is also an approved continuing education instructor by theState of Florida for insurance agents, adjusters and property managers.

David hails fromNew York where he owned and operated one of the largest drywall companies inLong Island.  His company employed nearly 300 workers when he was only inhis 20's.  Like Gordon, David is a career home builder.  Afterselling his drywall business, he moved to Port Charlotte, Florida where hebegan his home building operation.  Today David lives in Coconut Creek andis one of our most knowledgeable staff members on construction andbuilding codes.  He is a Class A licensed General Contractor.  He isalso Mold and Lead Certified.  David is a residential insurance adjusterfor all lines, but prefers to remain on the construction side of the business.   

We are always insearch of truly talented employees.  Joseph was discovered while he wasworking for a vendor of ours.  We often commented about how excellenthis rapport, approach, and communication skills were.  When hisassignment with our vendor came to a close, we jumped at the chance to have himjoin our team.  Since then, Joe has become certified by the IICRC in WaterDamage, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration.  He isalso very skilled in the use of Xactimate, which is the most widely usedinsurance restoration estimating database.  Couple his excellentinterpersonal skills and his command of the xactimate estimating software, andyou have an individual who can help you navigate the claims process with easeand confidence.  Joe enjoys customer satisfaction ratings in the top 5%nationwide.    

Jessica is theglue to the office.  She is one of those A+ players you only rarely find. Paul Davis has nearly 300 offices in North America and Jessica is highlyregarded by the corporate office as one of the strongest office managers in thenetwork.  She is respected and admired by our staff, our vendors, oursuppliers, and by our clients.  Her responsibilities are numerousincluding AP, AR, HR, and job cost accounting to name a few.  Her careerbegan in the construction industry and she worked for the same company for manyyears.  She was considered one of their most valued employees.  Whenthey moved their offices from Pompano to Palm Beach, we were fortunate to hireher away.  Jessica is also a native Floridian.

Evie is ourcommunication gateway.  She is bi-lingual which can be very helpful attimes.  If you were a supplier or tradesman to Paul Davis you would knowher.  If you were a customer or insurance adjuster of Paul Davis' youwould know her.  Not only would you know her, you would appreciate andadore her.  People who are going through an insurance loss can often be onan emotional roller coaster.  She possesses an empathy and caringnature that simply can not be taught.  Either you have it, or you don't. Evie was the Customer Relations manager at Toyota.  If you look usup on Youtube, many of the videos you see were created by Evie.   

Jeanne is very well know known in South Florida.  She brings years of experience in banking andproperty finance.  Her role was as acorporate trainer and community liaison for Barnett Bank.  She was also instrumental in the creation oftheir residential lending division.  Herrole at PDR is similar.  She is our CEinstructor for agents, adjusters, and property managers.
